I plan to go to see a lawyer about my upcoming divorce. I plan to go to see him with the soon to be ex, and hope we can have a simple cooperative divorce. Also, if anyone else who has gone through this kind of situation, what I may expect to hear from the lawyer, and possible scenerios to look out for.

I have not had any luck finding a lawyer that can help me price Xenical with a case against an old rental agency. The agency is accusing my husband and I of up and leaving in the middle of the night. They have us in collections for $1400. Their accusations are completely false and I can prove it in court.
