THEY ARENT MARRIED! just thought all the people who keep calling it a ‘divorce’ should know

You can say that they’ve been seen out looking happy and everything but that may mean nothing… My parents’ divorce took everyone by surprise. You never know what people are going through unless you’re around them 24/7

did you notice how the announcer expressed the information? “the couple, who aren’t married, met with a divorce attorney”. haha. if that makes sense to jennifer then she deserved what she got.
Haha, that actually made me laugh. I didn’t mean they were divorcing. They’re seeing a divorce lawyer to separate their joint assets
yeah. i know.
it would have been even funnier had i not written “your” as “you’re”. pardon me. 
as for the subject: why are each other’s assets joint?
to make my point more evident, i’m not sure how it is in your country, but considering the gays’ fight to obtain legalization of gay marriage, i assume i’m right about this: in my country’s law, that’s based on classic french law, assets are joined only through marriage. if you’re not married, there’s nothing to separate (not even children, the both parents have equal rights to them), thus no point for a divorce attorney.
I feel sorry for the 8 kids
when she said she had a relationship and open, with 8 kids, fidelity is essential

they are both the legal guardians of their kids and share joint funds, married or not, here in the US you need a divorce attorney when you have joint funds and children
yeah it’s a bit stupid because media’s saying they’re getting divorced even though they’re not even married

Some of their assets are joint because they have acquired things together. They may not be legally joint, but apparently in their minds there are items or belongings or pecuniary matters that are deemed joint.

I like them. Angie isn’t the guilty because of anyone’s marriage. If it happened, it was a failure. Jen is a beutiful, very talented woman and she could stop playing the victim.
