discrimination suit, good solid evidence, but my lawyer says we have bad judge, what shall i do?

a white girl was calling us(blacks)black monkeys and wasn’t fired, but i got fired for a drive off. More than qualified for assistant manager but was turned down. My lawyer says we have a very good case and we will win but we have a bad judge and we wouldn’t win because the judge favors companies. what should i do?
If your attorney senses a bias, he should disqualify the judge from hearing the case. An attorney may challenge a judge from hearing the trial if he senses a bias.
If you lose, this bias may be brought up on appeal.
Your attorney should know this already…
Get lawyers that don’t use lame excuses for loosing an iffy case.
Fight it! Argue that the judge is not suited to handle the case, AND be prepared for appealing your case. It’s in cases like this I see the wisdom in having laymen sitting on the panel ALONG with the judge, instead of letting the judge run the show alone…
