This is a great video. The information in this video about twitter, facebook and other such sites is scary, as your comments and interactions with other people can be used against you in court. This video has some AWESOME information in it. I’ve already passed this site on to 2 of my friends that are in the process of getting divorced. I didn’t realize that sending an email or making a comment on Facebook could be used against me. That information is relevant to everyone, not just people getting divorced. This video was great! I never knew that anything can be used against you, through a program like like facebook or myspace. I know my husband doesnt like me being on there but it’s good to know that if we did get a divorce he could use my postings against me. I wont tell him that. This is an interesting video. I would have never thought about using online evidence such as facebook or twitter. Many people “overuse” twitter and facebook, and many times, they are not even telling the truth. Privacy is a big issue; but I think that all status updates on myspace, facebook and twitter should be looked at upon a divorice trial. A person should know that twitter and facebook are public and anybody can see your status. If you post something there, it is not protected.

wow! I would have never guessed that your activity on facebook, tweeter, and other similar sites can be used against you! I believed there were laws to protect people from these sorts of things, but you made it clear that this law is only in effect when the user truly believes he/she is in a secure environment or situation! This is excellent information that can be very useful.
This video really makes you wanna be more careful about what you send on the internet, I never knew things you write on the net could be so easily used against you.I think they should enforce some kind of privacy security that wouldn`t allow your messages to be misused without consideration whether there was a privacy expectaton or not.
