I am trying to find out whether marriage can effect a EB5 visa. Specifically, if an investor is here on an Eb5 and that visa goes into default due to the requirements not being met (layoffs, etc.) can he remain in with marriage, and/or can his family remain under ANY conditions if he has violated (even through no fault of his own) the terms of the visa?
