I really enjoy that you tell people to divorce the house first. People do not even think about that before deciding to sell the house. They are usually so enthralled in the act of the divorce and worrying about the economy that they do not realize they need to emotionally detach from the home as well. Excellent advice!

Do not assume anything, I like that, even more when you are buying not that small thing like a house. Business is business, no room from emotions there. But maybe the best solution would be to sell the house and split the money and the people can continue with their lives. Great video, great advice.

This is an excellent video ! It really opened my eyes. The tips about checking your house before buying it out from you spouse could be very useful in some situations. Getting a men proper for finding all the things that need to be repaired can really lower the price of the house and save you a lot of money.

I’ve had personal experience with divorce and what it can do to each party’s financial positions. I found the part concerning the current financial crisis particularly interesting with some sage advice on how to act accordingly. This video made me think about a thing I never considered before. Keeping an house is very dangerous in case of divorce: things like property contentions, rent problems, etc. would be points of hard contention. If I’ll ever get divorced, I will remebert these tips and sell the house in order to split gains with the other part! Thanks for the free tips, I hope you will make other videos in the future!

This was a really good piece of information. Keeping a home within a divorce can be a very dangerous thing. It is a great idea to just get rid of it and split what you make off of it. Like mentioned, it will of course hold memories, but you are leaving your marriage for a reason. It is definitely the safest and most logical thing to do. Switching it to one persons name would also be a bit messy and troublesome, so I honestly believe you should take the first bit of advice.
