I think you may be a bit confused. A family law lawyer is someone who would assist you in getting a divorce or getting child support. I doubt you need assistance from a family law atty in an action against a school.
Do you believe that a university discriminated against you in some way? If so, you are looking for a civil rights attorney. I wouldn’t look for one through Yahoo Answers. Go to your state’s bar association as ask for a referral to an appropriate attorney in your area.
