What exactly is corporate discrimination?? Someone is discriminating against your corporation? I do not think that is discrimination it has to be race, religon, gender, sexual orientation maybe even weight. Never heard of any other kind.
Try an employment attorney. What kind of discrimination? Your opinion may not fit the law.

Look for an Attorney that handles “Employment Law, Labor Law, Unfair Labor Practices and/or Discrimination Cases. Ask for references and about types of cases handled and favorable judgments percentages or settlement amounts. Most companies settle out of court for large sums of money.
First try to resolve it within the company.

You want to consult with a lawyer who specializes in employment discrimination. It is not enough to talk to an attorney who is a litigator, because this is a very narrow specialty.
If you live or work in New York, I would refer you to the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and they can give you some names. Other states most likely have similar Trial Lawyer organizations. Make sure you do it right away, because if you have to make a filing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), there is a 180 day time limit.

The naacp might be able to help, especially if it’s racial discrimination. They represented my father, hes white. Discrimination is discrimination, and they’ve got the most experience in dealing with these types of cases, so they usually have the best lawyers. You could also try the EEOC, I believe they have an advice line.
Question is, how were you discriminated against, and to you have a case? First I would call the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) and see if the evidence supports an investigation.
