WHERE CAN I GET A LAWYER FOR DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED?

My husband is a registered disabled citizen (blind) and has held his job for 11 years. Due to company downsizing, he was placed back in a job that he was removed from due to his blindness. When he asked his bosses why they placed him back in a job that they knew he could not do due to his visual impairment, they said he would just have to earn his way out of it and into another job. I think this is obviously a violation of his disability rights and would like to know where to start to fight this battle.

First, contact your regional ADA & IT center and Protection and Advocacy Center – find them under ADA and legal in your state listing at http://www.katrinadisability.info .
Get the legal language you need to say in a letter you write to your company’s HR (Human Resources) Department. Let them know you know your rights and you plan to file a complaint with the EEOC if they do not move you to a job that meets your accommodation needs and in the meantime will file for FMLA (short-term medical leave).
They will pay him his full salary including medical benefits for 12 weeks a year (under the ADA). He cannot be fired and must be able to return to his job. My best guess is that the employer would prefer an alternative scenario.
The business loans suppose to be essential for people, which would like to ground their organization. As a fact, it is very easy to get a auto loan.
